MAVILO ships to selected international destinations supported by the delivery options shown at checkout. Some products or addresses may have additional restrictions.
Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, order verification and made-to-order items may require additional time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier congestion, customs review, weather and destination conditions can affect arrival times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the number is added to the order or sent after dispatch. Tracking can take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and Duties
Import taxes, duties and local handling charges are normally the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact support through My Account as soon as possible if an address needs correction before dispatch.
